David Brown

David Brown is an experienced RF MMIC professional and currently serves as the MMIC Design Engineering Manager at BAE Systems, Inc. With over 15 years in technology development, David has a strong background in RF GaN materials, devices, and applications. Previously, David worked as a Research Staff Engineer at HRL Laboratories, LLC, focusing on GaN devices and RF MMIC design. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. An accomplished author, David has published more than 100 works and holds 16 granted patents.
