Dr. Matthew Hollandsworth

Dr. Matthew Hollandsworth, CISSP, CPP, serves as the VP of Security in the Intelligence & Security Sector at BAE Systems, Inc. since July 2024 and is an adjunct professor at both Webster University and the University of San Diego. With extensive experience in security management, previous roles include Director of Corporate Security, Facilities & Safety at AMERICAN SYSTEMS and Director of Security at SOS International, Ltd. Notable earlier positions include Senior Security Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton and ISSO Team Lead at Knight Point Systems, LLC. Dr. Hollandsworth holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration/Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University and has additional qualifications from the University of Richmond and Webster University.
