Jenna Taylor is a strategic leader with diverse experience in organizational excellence, training, and change management across various global industries. They have held significant roles, including Director of Project Management at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless and Senior Program Manager at BAE Systems, where they lead initiatives to enhance program management execution and organizational development. As a founder and CEO of Eolas Integrated LLC, they specialized in custom human analytical solutions and leadership development. Jenna has also contributed to gender strategy at the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force, focusing on the needs of Afghan women.
