Joclyn Crivello

Joclyn Crivello is an experienced professional currently serving as an Ops Prog Spec II at BAE Systems, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Joclyn held the position of Transportation Area Manager at Amazon from October 2020 to September 2023, where responsibilities included deep diving into operational processes, scheduling, and auditing, while managing a team of over 30 individuals across multiple buildings. Prior to this, Joclyn was a Field Transportation Lead at Amazon, training and leading a team of more than five associates. Joclyn's experience also includes serving as an English Educator with the Peace Corps from June 2018 to March 2020, co-teaching with local educators for grades 2-9, and working in logistics at Target from May 2014 to May 2018, focusing on inventory management. Additionally, Joclyn interned as an English Teaching Assistant at Liceo Scientifico Avogadro in early 2015, creating and executing lesson plans. Joclyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UMass Boston, obtained between 2013 and 2017.
