Joseph Hangge

Joseph Hangge serves as the Finance Director and CFO for BAE Systems, Inc., overseeing the Tactical Solutions Business Unit with responsibilities in financial reporting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), project controls, and business development since February 2024. Prior to this role, Joseph held various finance leadership positions at Ball Aerospace from January 2010 to February 2024, including Director of Finance and Business Unit Manager - Finance, focusing on estimating, pricing, FP&A, and strategic planning for significant space programs. Earlier career experiences include roles at Sun Microsystems as an Audit Analyst and KPMG LLP as a Senior Associate, specializing in financial audits and regulatory compliance. Joseph earned a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
