Karen Quimby

Karen Quimby, PMP, CPCM, CCMP is an accomplished leader in supply chain management, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at BAE Systems, Inc., where responsibility includes supporting six global businesses within the Platforms & Services sector. Previous roles include Senior Director of Supply Chain/Procurement at Ball Aerospace and Senior Director of Integrated Mission Systems Supply Chain at L3Harris Technologies, overseeing a vast team of supply chain professionals and focusing on strategic operational improvements. Additional leadership positions at Harris Corporation and Raytheon involved managing large-scale supply chain operations and contract oversight. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Math/Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, and an Executive Certificate in Negotiation from the University of Notre Dame.
