Kimberly Kaminski

Kimberly Kaminski is an accomplished professional in ethics and compliance, serving as the VP Chief Ethics Officer at BAE Systems, Inc. since July 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the enterprise-wide ethics program and advising senior leadership. Kimberly chairs the Defense Industry Initiative Working Group and previously led the Capital Area Business Ethics Network. With extensive experience at MTS Systems Corporation and ATK in various leadership roles including Director of Business Ethics and Compliance, Kimberly has developed and implemented comprehensive ethics programs, conducted risk assessments, and engaged with boards on compliance matters. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Catherine University and two associate degrees in Business Administration and Electronics Technician.
