Maple King

Maple King has extensive experience in compensation and total rewards, currently serving as Director of Compensation at BAE Systems, Inc. since November 2025. Prior to this role, Maple held several positions at L3Harris Technologies, including Director and Senior Manager of Total Rewards and Compensation from July 2019 to November 2025. Maple’s career began at Harris Corporation, where several roles were undertaken from 2012 to 2019, culminating in the position of Senior Manager of Compensation. Earlier experience includes serving as Curriculum Coordinator at the University of Michigan from December 2008 to July 2012 and as Purchasing and Costing Representative at Terminal Supply Company in 2008. Maple holds a Master’s in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
