Rachel Pao

Rachel Pao, CIA, currently serves as a Senior Manager of Finance at BAE Systems, Inc., overseeing cost management and financial support for senior executives. Additionally, Rachel holds the position of Co-Vice President of Communications for the Women's Inclusive Network, where efforts focus on fostering equitable representation of women. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Internal Audit at BAE Systems, compliance leadership at Rosetta Stone, and finance management at Overhill Farms, Inc. Rachel began a professional career at Ernst & Young LLP, managing technology security risk services. Rachel earned a Master's degree in Accounting Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Information Systems & Finance from Virginia Tech.
