Robert Swartz

Robert Swartz is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in guidance, navigation, and control systems, currently serving as a Principal Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc. since February 2024, following the acquisition of Ball Aerospace, where Robert held various titles including Senior Guidance, Navigation, & Control Engineer and Senior Systems Test Engineer from July 2018 to February 2024. Previous experience includes roles at Halliburton as a Technical Professional (Field Engineer) in hydraulic fracturing, and positions at Alcoa Howmet Castings, Peabody Energy, HDR, and JD Goss Construction.
