Shannon Morgan

Shannon Morgan is an experienced RF Engineering Senior Manager currently at BAE Systems, Inc. since March 2023, previously holding similar roles at Lockheed Martin from October 2019 to March 2023, including RF Engineering Manager and IPT Lead. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager and RF Engineer at Ball Aerospace from June 2016 to October 2019, where Shannon effectively managed stakeholder communication and program objectives, developed project plans, and established new business opportunities. Additionally, Shannon worked as a Survivability Engineer at Northrop Grumman from June 2003 to June 2016. Shannon holds a degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
