Stephanie Spinapolice

Stephanie Spinapolice is an accomplished instructional designer and project manager with extensive experience in leadership curriculum design, innovative learning solutions, and e-learning instructional design. Currently serving as the Leadership Curriculum Design Manager and Facilitator at BAE Systems, Inc., Stephanie supports leadership learning and organizational development. Previously, Stephanie held multiple senior positions at ICF, focusing on project management, proposal development, and instructional design for various training formats, while also mentoring junior staff. Stephanie's academic background includes a Master's degree in Instructional Systems Design from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College. Stephanie has also contributed to academic research while assisting in teaching and program preparation at Ithaca College.
