Margrethe Schilbred

Margrethe Schilbred currently serves as Operations Director for Sodexo, part of the Country Leadership Team in Norway, and holds a managerial position at NHO Service og Handel on the industry committee for Canteen and Meal Services. Additionally, Margrethe is a co-judge for Bærum kommune and has held several leadership roles, including CEO of Indunor and Java Personal AS, and Head of Specialists at The Adecco Group, where responsibilities included staffing services in the construction industry and the establishment of new business areas. Margrethe's extensive experience also encompasses project management and communication responsibilities at NEAS ASA, as well as earlier roles in public relations and customer advising. Margrethe holds a Bachelor of Business with a marketing major from Griffith University and completed studies at the Norwegian School of Economics.
