Torge Railo

Torge Railo has extensive experience in municipal leadership and property management, currently serving as Konstituert kommunedirektør and Direktør samfunns- og byutvikling, bymiljø og eiendom at Bærum kommune since October 2022. Previously, Torge held multiple roles including Assisterende direktør and Konstituert etatsdirektør at Plan- og bygningsetaten from April 2019 to October 2022. Torge's background also includes the role of Eiendomsdirektør at Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF from August 2014 to March 2019, as well as various positions focused on property management and development within the same organization prior to that. Torge began a freelance career as a musician and producer from 1986 to 2008 and has a legal background with a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Oslo.
