Lenny Tokar

Lenny Tokar, P.Eng. is an experienced mining engineer with a diverse background in mine planning, design, and optimization across various roles in the mining sector. Currently serving as Technical Services Superintendent at Baffinland since September 2019, Lenny also operates as an Independent Consultant with LT Consolidated Consultants, contributing to projects including Steppe Gold's NI 43-101 Technical Report and HVAC systems. Past experience includes a senior mine engineering role at Titan Mining Corporation, short-term planning and implementation of innovative blasting techniques, and significant positions at Rubicon Minerals, Freeport-McMoRan, Centerra Gold, and others. Lenny holds a Master's Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Krivoy Rog, Ukraine, with a Diploma with Distinction.
