Rikke Mikkelsen

Rikke Mikkelsen is an experienced professional currently serving as a Board Member for both Nr. Onsild and Future Food A/S, and as Chief Technology Officer at Bagger-Sørensen Equity since August 2022. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director at Devro and various leadership positions at AAK, where Rikke was Customer Innovation Director for Europe and Global CCF Center of Excellence Leader, and also Head of Customer Innovation Confectionary.
