Frances Caldwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service management and training. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at BAGNODESIGN since February 2021, Frances is responsible for developing customer interaction standards, overseeing staff recruitment and training, and delivering customer service excellence training. Previous roles include Listing Manager at Hunt and Harris Real Estate and a long-standing career at Emirates, where Frances held multiple positions including Cabin Crew Trainer and Cabin Manager, leading teams in delivering exceptional customer service in aviation. Frances holds degrees in Criminology and Feline Behaviour and Psychology from the Centre of Excellence in London.
