Deahna Garrett

Deahna Garrett is an experienced operations and hospitality professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and guest experience management. Currently serving as Operations Shift Supervisor at Bahia Resort Hotel since August 2022, Deahna oversees daily operations and employee performance. Previously, as Assistant General Manager at MG HOSPITALITY LIMITED, responsibilities included managing sales inquiries and enhancing guest satisfaction. Deahna's experience also includes roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, State Fair of Texas®, Hyatt Regency Dallas, and HD Supply, where a focus on Lean principles and process improvement was emphasized. Education includes a Certification in Six Sigma from Villanova University and multiple degrees in communication and business from Kentucky Wesleyan College and Arizona Western College.
