Joe Mancillas

Joe Mancillas has over 20 years of experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Bahia Resort Hotel since January 2015, Joe also holds the position of Human Resources Specialist at The Lodge at Torrey Pines since May 2011. Previously, Joe worked as the Senior Administrator of Operations at Hitachi Home Electronics (America), Inc. from June 1999 to August 2009, and as a Leasing Assistant at Arden Realty, Inc. from June 1998 to June 1999, where responsibilities included assisting the Regional Leasing Manager in leasing commercial office space in downtown San Diego.
