Merete Williams Berge

Merete Williams Berge has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Merete Williams started their career in 2004 as the Head of Human Resources at Advokatfirmaet BA-HR DA and held this role for over 10 years. In 2015, they joined Norges Bank Investment Management as the Head of Human Resources - Real Estate, where they played a key role in managing HR functions for the real estate division. In 2019, they were promoted to Head of Strategic HR, responsible for overseeing strategic HR initiatives. In 2020, they moved to Advokatfirmaet BAHR AS as the Head of People and Organisational Development. Throughout their career, Merete has demonstrated leadership skills and a strong focus on developing and managing human capital.

Merete Williams Berge completed their Master of Management degree in Human Resources at BI Norwegian Business School from 2003 to 2004. Prior to this, they pursued studies in Organizational Psychology at the University of Oslo, earning a Cand.paed degree.
