The leadership team at Norges Bank Investment Management has a history of experience in the legal and compliance departments of various large companies. These include Equinor, Aibel Group Ltd, The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and Norsk Hydro. They also have a background in management with Accenture and Storebrand. All members of the team have completed a law degree from either Harvard Law School or the University of Oslo, as well as degrees in economics and finance from the Norwegian School of Economics.
