Arunkumar Renganathan

Arunkumar Renganathan is an experienced professional in digital product management and customer experience, currently serving as Head of Digital Products at Bahrain Exchange Company W.L.L. since September 2021. Prior to this, Arunkumar held several leadership positions at Unimoni, including Head of Business Operations, Head of Digital Business, and Head of Customer Experience, where responsibilities focused on operational support, strategic digital innovation, and enhancing customer service standards. Experience also includes roles at UAE Exchange as Customer Experience Manager, Serco as Assistant Team Manager, and Aviva as Operations Team Lead. Arunkumar holds an MBA in Finance from the Manipal Institute of Management and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
