Dhanya Nair Mambilayil

Dhanya Nair Mambilayil is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations for Retail Branches at Bahrain Exchange Company W.L.L. since December 2014, overseeing a network of 300+ staff to meet performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction in Kuwait. Prior to this role, Dhanya gained extensive experience at ICICI Bank from July 2007 to December 2014, where positions included Operations Head for Tamilnadu and Pondicherry, Audit Manager, and Area Manager, focusing on loan disbursements, operational efficiency, and compliance audits. In February 2022, Dhanya participated in a FinTech online short course at Harvard University, presenting a Final Capstone project. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from INDUS BUSINESS ACADEMY, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering.
