Reem Adel

Reem Adel is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as a Senior Training and Development Officer at Bahrain Petroleum Company since October 2018, where responsibilities include providing administrative support for T&D programs and managing the Human Capital Management System. Reem has held various positions within the company, including Executive Assistant to the Refining Division and Training Coordinator for the Engineering Division, contributing to project management, policy review, and training needs assessment. Previously, experience includes event promotion for Ithmaar Development Company and administrative roles at WAEL Pharmacy Co W.L.L. Reem started their career as a student trainee in Public Relations at Bahrain Petroleum Company, laying a strong foundation in corporate communications. Reem holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Bahrain.
