Sara Ali has extensive experience in business development and customer engagement, currently serving at the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB) since December 2021. Prior to this role, Sara spent over seven years as Team Leader of Partnership & Customer Engagement at Tamkeen and held various positions at American Express from January 2008 to August 2014, including Premium Account Manager and Senior Customer Service Advisor. Early in the career, Sara worked as a Call Center Representative at Invita. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from SBS Swiss Business School and a degree from AMA University.
