Capt. Anwar Farah

Capt. Anwar Farah (MNI) currently serves as the VP of Sustainability at Bahri, with responsibilities for developing and implementing the company's ESG strategy to promote sustainable practices. Previously, Capt. Anwar held the role of Director for Health, Safety, Environment & Quality at Bahri, managing teams and ensuring compliance with international maritime standards. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager for Health, Safety, Environment & Quality at International Maritime Industries, as well as Director of Marine Quality Assurance at Aramco Trading. An educational background in Merchant Vessel Operation includes qualifications from Solent University and various maritime schools. Capt. Anwar's maritime career also encompasses roles in the Merchant Navy and cadet training at Aramco.
