Jesper Kjaedegaard

Jesper Kjaedegaard is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in board governance and advisory roles across the maritime and logistics sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Board Director and Chairman of the NRC at Bahri since January 2023, Kjaedegaard also holds positions as a Non-Executive Board Director at Xeneta, APMT BAHRAIN, and Red Sea Gateway Terminal, among others. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at MARCURA® and a Non-Executive Board Director at Seatruck Ferries and International Container Company Holdings. Kjaedegaard co-founded Mercator International LLC and served as an Operating Partner at Advent International. Educational credentials include an AMP in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School.
