Mohamed Nadeem

Mohamed Nadeem is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management, employee lifecycle management, and organizational development. Currently serving as Manager - HRBP at Bahwan CyberTek since February 2021, Mohamed has previously held the position of Assistant Manager - HRBP, focusing on change management programs and enhancing workforce engagement. Prior to that, Mohamed worked at TransSys Solutions as Assistant Manager - HR Operations, where responsibilities included workforce planning, employee support, and improving workplace experiences. Mohamed's career in recruitment began at Cognizant as Sr. Coordinator, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes.
