General Manager, Business Improvement at BAI Communications

Victoria Clark has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Victoria is currently working at BAI Communications as the Head of Business Improvement and had previously served as the Transformation Program Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Materialise as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for delivering various projects and implementing process improvements. Before that, Victoria worked at BAI Communications as a Program Manager, Transformation and a Project Manager, Business Improvement, where they successfully delivered strategic programs and projects. Victoria also gained experience at NAATI as a Sign Language Interpreter and at The Deaf Society as a Project Consultant and Trainer. Victoria started their career at Ai-Media, where they worked as a Project Coordinator and later became the Schools Captioning Manager. Victoria also worked at Red Bee Media as a Speech Captioner.

Victoria Clark has a diverse education history. In 2002-2005, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, Art History and Theory, and Psychology at the University of Sydney. In 2011-2012, they earned a Diploma in Interpreting from TAFE NSW. Later, in 2013, they specialized in PRINCE2 Practitioner (Project Management) through a course at Yellowhouse. In 2015, they acquired knowledge in Agile through the Agile Foundations program at Yellowhouse. In 2016, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Auslan to English Interpreting at Macquarie University. In the same year, they also gained expertise in Leading Innovative Change at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Continuing their professional development, in 2016, they completed a Change Management Practitioner course at APMG. Victoria further enhanced their skills in Agile Programme Management Foundations through APMG in 2017. In 2019, they attended CTG Europe and obtained training in Leading SAFe 4.6 (Scaled Agile for Enterprise). Additionally, they hold two certifications as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, obtained in 2019 from Scaled Agile, Inc. and Scaled Agile Inc. respectively. Most recently, in 2022, they completed the Project Portfolio Management Foundations certification program through LinkedIn.
