Albert Zemlyakov is an experienced executive with a significant background in aviation and finance. Currently serving as COO at APS Aviation Parts Service since January 2022, Albert also represents a company in Russia while seeking new opportunities. As CEO of SKY CAPITAL since April 2014, Albert leads a private financial firm focused on commercial aircraft leasing and financing, providing consultancy and financial services to airlines. Additionally, Albert holds the title of CPC at BAI, INC since January 2018 and has been involved with Business Aviation Group since January 2000, focusing on aircraft sales, management, and charter services. Previous roles include Manager at Sky Capital Jet Investment Ltd from 2019 to March 2021 and CEO at HELICA in January 2018. Albert is an alumnus of the Stockholm School of Economics.
