Bruce Stevenson

Bruce Stevenson is a skilled IT professional with significant experience in helpdesk and technical support roles. Currently serving as Helpdesk Analyst II at Agile Defense, Inc. since February 2018, Bruce supports the Marine Corps Cyber Operations Group by managing incidents and requests for both unclassified and classified IT equipment globally. In addition to this role, Bruce has been the Help Desk Lead at BAI Inc since May 2014, overseeing daily operations and reporting directly to management. Previous experience includes a similar position at GCorp Consulting from May 2016 to February 2018. Bruce's technical expertise encompasses troubleshooting software, hardware, network, and operating system issues, utilizing tools such as BMC Remedy Ticketing Software and various MS Office applications. Bruce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University and an Associate’s degree in Industrial Security from the Community College of the Air Force.
