Gloria Banks

Gloria Banks is the Director-at-Large at BAI. Gloria has previous experience working as a finance intern at HUACHUANG SECURITIES, Guizhou Xingqian Capital Management Co., Ltd, and Agricultural Bank of China. At Guizhou Xingqian Capital Management Co., Ltd, they were responsible for due diligence on company credit metrics, cash flow and market trend for first real estate issuer, reviewing financial models for business forecasting and valuation, and helping client issue $6 million bond. Gloria was also responsible for researching 50 plus comparable real estate company on competitive price/square feet, number of units and market segregation, providing industry data for valuation and decision. At Agricultural Bank of China, they were responsible for benchmarking cooperate client credit information and drafting client rating report, which were key inputs for risk and return analysis, and for deciding whether to issue loan to client. Gloria also assisted 3 loans’ rating, which amount to $600,000. In addition to their finance intern responsibilities, they also collaborated with the bank team to hold 3-day conference for 200 colleagues, covering topics ranging from economic conditions, industrial coverage: oil, agriculture and steel, and banking industry competition.

Gloria Banks has a master's degree in finance from the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management and a bachelor's degree in insurance (bilingual) from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
