Lisa Huot has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Lisa began their career in 1990 at Kemper, where they served as Vice President and Director of Executive Council Programs. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the Kemper Executive Council program.
Lisa then joined Deutsche Bank in 1997 as Vice President and Director of National Accounts. Here, they developed and executed the National Accounts strategy for the independent channel, leading a team of 10 professionals and driving revenue for the firm.
In 2004, Lisa joined Sequoia System International as Vice President and Director of Marketing. Lisa was responsible for marketing strategy, client communications, and website development. Lisa also played a role in curriculum design and development of tools and templates.

Most recently, Lisa worked at BAI as the Director of Strategic Relationship Management. In this role, they built productive relationships with bank leaders across the country, providing data, insights, and competitive benchmarking intelligence to inform their decision making. Additionally, they were responsible for renewals, cross-selling, and new business development within existing accounts and prospective banks.
