Sharon Redfoot has over 30 years of experience in technical training and documentation. Sharon began their career in 1985 at Nortel Networks as a Senior Manager and Acting Director of Wireless Internet Knowledge Services. In this role, Sharon was responsible for the customer documentation suite and development and delivery of the customer technical training for cellular wireless solutions. Sharon created and maintained 300 documents, 15 instructor-led courses, and 30 e-learning courses, and managed an R&D budget of $10M. Sharon also brought in $13M in training revenue annually.

In 2001, Sharon moved to Cisco Systems, Inc. as a Senior Manager of Education for Wireless Networking. In this role, they were responsible for designing and developing the external technical training curriculum in support of the latest products and features. Sharon managed a team of course developers and instructors who researched, developed, and provided train-the-trainer sessions to Cisco-authorized Learning Partners. Sharon also managed NPI knowledge transfers to worldwide technical support engineers to prepare them for go-to-market hardware and software releases.

Since 2017, Sharon has been working at Baicells Technologies as a Curriculum & Documentation Developer. In this role, they are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the technical training curriculum and associated career certification program. Sharon also researches and writes technical documents in support of new products and software releases, including installation manuals, user manuals, configuration guides, troubleshooting guides, and data sheets.

Sharon Redfoot completed a Master of Education (MEd) degree from Texas Woman's University in the field of Education.
