Wei Bai

Wei Bai has over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Wei began their career in 2009 as a LTE System Designer for POTEVIO International (ME). In 2010, they joined Nokia as a Researcher and Renesas Electronics as a 3GPP RAN2 Delegate & Work Package Lead. In 2013, they were an Assistant Manager and Standardization Specialist for Sony. Most recently, they have been the GM Int'l Market Division | VP for BaiCells Technologies since 2014, where they are in charge of the overseas market, including direct customer, channel building, global partner cooperation, business development, and business intelligence. Wei has also been involved in providing innovative solutions for 4G and 5G, as well as various applications for different markets and use cases.

Wei Bai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications between 2002 and 2006. Wei then obtained a Master's degree in Wireless Communication from the same university between 2006 and 2009. Wei also holds a Qualcomm CDMA Certification.
