Raushan Kashyap

Raushan Kashyap is a Senior Project Officer at BAIF Development Research Foundation since June 2023, focusing on the Integrated Village Development Project (IVDP) sponsored by SONY Pictures - CSR, aimed at enhancing the quality of life for tribal communities in the Jawhar region through sustainable interventions and managing the documentation of multiple CSR projects. Prior experience includes a Project Intern role at Kumar Gramin Vikas Seva Sansthan in April-May 2023, working to prevent waterborne diseases, and a Project Management Intern position with the Varanasi Smart City Mission from September-November 2022, assessing the impact of various projects. Raushan has also completed an internship with the Indian Political Action Committee in June 2022, exploring government institutions through in-depth interviews, and served as a Community Mobilizer for Skylark from February to August 2020, focusing on energy poverty alleviation and youth mobilization for skill development. Raushan holds a Master of Arts in Development Policy, Planning and Practice from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Magadh University.
