Shashi K. Dholandas

Shashi K. Dholandas serves as Co-Managing Attorney at Bailey Duquette P.C. since September 2017, focusing on litigation and arbitration while counseling clients on international and domestic matters. Previously, Shashi held various roles at TheJudge Global, including Associate General Counsel, where consultation was provided on market offerings in a New York-based team facilitating third-party funding and insurance brokerage. At the International Centre for Dispute Resolution®, Shashi served as International Case Counsel and Director, advising on complex international arbitral procedures. Earlier experience includes positions as a Foreign Summer Associate at Fox Mandal Little and in public and government affairs at MWWPR. Shashi earned a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
