Luke Thomas

Luke Thomas is an experienced attorney currently serving as Associate General Counsel at ASTEC since June 2022. Prior to this role, Luke was a Member and Counsel at Jackson Kelly PLLC from July 2015 to July 2022, specializing in commercial transactions, real estate, commercial loans, contracts, and related litigation. Luke began legal career as an Associate Attorney at Greer Law Offices, PLLC from October 2005 to July 2015, and also worked in site acquisition at FDH Velocitel between 2013 and 2015. Luke holds a Juris Doctorate from West Virginia University College of Law, obtained in 2005, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from West Virginia University, completed in 2002.
