Jazmine T. Gutter-Robbins, MGIS, is a skilled Geospatial Analyst with a solid background in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and environmental science. Currently employed at Bailey Information Technology Consultants, LLC since March 2021, Jazmine has previously served in similar roles at Maxar Technologies and ASRC Federal, where responsibilities included quality assurance for the U.S. Census Bureau, data enhancement, and editing various geospatial data layers using ArcGIS. Additional experience at Maxar Technologies involved working on shoreline assessment projects for federal clients and utilizing digital cartography and remote sensing techniques for land cover analysis. Jazmine's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Kent State University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Tampa.
