Glen Snelling

Glen Snelling is an experienced operations executive with a comprehensive background in manufacturing management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Bailey Metal Products Limited since August 2018, Glen manages the Vancouver roll forming and steel coil slitting division and previously oversaw operations in Toronto. Prior experience includes significant roles at Inscape Inc. as Vice President and Director of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed safety, production, quality, and supply chain management across various manufacturing facilities. Additional experience includes positions at Cousins Currie and Serta, focusing on quality and production management, as well as a long tenure at Steelcase Canada, leading production and technical teams. Glen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business and an MBA from Centennial College, along with several management and marketing certifications.
