What we need from you:

  • Experience - Previous experience in Optics at a Store Manager level an advantage or Senior management experience in a retail environment.

  • Passion - A genuine passion for creating amazing customer experiences, helping solve their eyecare and eyewear needs and deliver outstanding outcomes for both them and your store.

  • Energy - A love of being in a fast paced, growing business and able to adapt to change, lead by example with positivity and a can-do attitude.

  • Leadership - Commitment to inspiring, motivating, training and developing your team to be the best they can be.

  • Effectiveness - Ability to effectively manage your time and all operational requirements of your store without ever compromising the customer experience.

  • Team - Passion for building a strong partnership with your store Optometrist, allowing you to approach your store as a leadership team and to jointly identify opportunities for growing your store via both the clinic and retail spaces.

  • Drive - A true love of achieving and driving results through your team.
