Josh Butler

Josh Butler is a Senior Associate Building Surveyor at Bailey Partnership since February 2019, a consultancy known for its award-winning design and management services in the Built Environment. Previously, Josh worked at Cape Building Consultants Ltd as a Chartered Building Surveyor, focusing on residential building surveys, party wall matters, and construction management from May 2016 to February 2019. Earlier experience includes a Building Surveyor role at Vickery Holman, where exposure to various aspects of property surveying was gained, and a Space Audit Surveyor position at the University of Plymouth, responsible for assessing and updating building usage. Josh holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and the Environment from the University of Plymouth and A-Levels in Maths, Physics, Graphic Design, and History from Bodmin College.
