Rachel Thomas is an experienced project management professional currently serving as a MoJ Delivery Partner and Senior Project Sponsor at Bailey Partnership since January 2022. Previously, Rachel held roles as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Mace from May 2017 to December 2021, where responsibilities included leading Probation Projects and aligning national strategic objectives with local operations for the Ministry of Justice. Rachel's earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Project Manager/Technical Advisor at Mott MacDonald, providing advisory services for education facility redevelopment in London, and as a Project Support Officer at Atkins, managing small projects and cost plans for multi-million pound initiatives. Rachel earned a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of the West of England in 2011, having previously attended Monmouth Comprehensive School.
