Richard Jay MCIOB is a qualified Building Surveyor currently employed at Bailey Partnership since August 2023, with responsibilities that include Contract Administration, Dilapidations, HomesEngland Compliance Inspector duties, and serving as an external wall assessor for Fire Risk Assessment of External Walls (FRAEW) in accordance with PAS 9980:2022. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Surveying from the University of Reading, completed in 2014.
