Ben Ojomo, BSc MSc PG Dip. Surv. MRICS, is a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience in the commercial high-rise sector. Currently serving as Lead Building Surveyor at British Land since November 2021, Ben specializes in façade survey and glazing procurement. Previously, Ben held positions at John Rowan and Partners as Senior Building Surveyor, focusing on cladding remediation and design, and at Savills, where responsibilities included external façade surveys and fire safety compliance. Ben also led a team at Broadgate Estates and worked in various senior roles at Capital Property & Construction Consultants Limited, the Royal Borough of Greenwich, and the London Borough of Enfield. Ben holds an MSc in Construction Refurbishment Management from UCL.
