Brian Gerrard

Brian Gerrard is a Senior DevSecOps Engineer at Baillie Gifford since February 2022. Previously, Brian worked at Atos from May 2011 to February 2022, holding several roles including DevOps Engineer, Global Cloud Engineer, and Senior Wintel and VMware Technical Specialist. In these positions, Brian contributed to cloud service solutions, designed automation layers, and provided technical leadership for Wintel and virtualization technologies. Prior experience includes a role as Wintel 3rd Line Technical Support at Getronics and as a Test Engineer at IBM, following completion of a four-year EMTA Modern Apprenticeship. Brian's education includes attendance at James Watt College and St. Columbas High School from 1993 to 1999.
