Graeme Hudson

Graeme Hudson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee experience and remuneration. Currently serving as Director of Employee Experience and Remuneration at Baillie Gifford, Hudson has held significant roles such as Remuneration Committee Member at Northumbria University and Chair at JET (Jobs Education & Training). Prior experience includes positions as Chief of Staff at both Salesforce and Virgin Money, as well as Head of Reward at Virgin Money. Hudson earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Management from the University of St Andrews between 1998 and 2002.
