Pauline Ward

Pauline Ward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial promotions and marketing compliance. Currently serving as a Financial Promotion Approvals Adviser at Baillie Gifford since October 2015, Pauline has developed expertise in UK and international regulatory requirements, including passing the FINRA Series 7 and 24 exams for US retail marketing approvals. Previously, at Aegon UK from December 2005 to September 2015, Pauline held various roles, culminating in Acting Senior Marketing Compliance Consultant, where compliance review and approval of marketing materials was a key focus. Early career experience includes a role as a Voluntary Researcher at Capability Scotland, conducting policy and parliamentary research. Pauline holds a Master of Philosophy in Social Science Research from the University of Glasgow and a MA Honours in Politics from The University of Edinburgh.
