Steven MacKay

Steven Mackay is an experienced IT professional with extensive expertise in technology and service delivery. Currently serving as the Head of Technology & Service Delivery at Baillie Gifford since January 2021, Steven oversees various infrastructure and operational security teams. Prior to this role, Steven worked at Dell Technologies as Field CTO - UK North and System Engineer from April 2015 to January 2021. Steven's career began as a Computer Engineer at User Friendly Computing, followed by the position of IT Support Officer at Eildon Housing Association. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing for Industry from Heriot Watt University.
