Jerrod Engelberg

Jerrod Engelberg is an experienced entrepreneur and investment professional currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at both Bain Capital Crypto and Bain Capital Ventures since March 2025. Engelberg previously held the position of Head of Codecov at Sentry from 2022 to 2025, following a successful tenure as CEO of Codecov from 2018 to 2022, where leadership resulted in over 1 million users and more than $5 million in annual recurring revenue, culminating in the acquisition by Sentry. Earlier roles include Head of Venture at FundersClub from 2013 to 2017, where significant investments were made in notable companies, as well as positions as a Private Equity Associate at Vector Capital and an Investment Banking Analyst at Greenhill & Co. Engelberg holds a Bachelor's of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and has studied at Singapore Management University.
